My visions for our contract

Article 4

  • Increased employer contribution to Presidential salary on full release. 

Article 8

  • Increased time between evaluations. 

Article 10

  • Sick leave transferrable to/from other districts. 
  • Grievance leave up to 5 days no restrictions on the why. 
  • Time off for children's performances

  • Longer lunch
  • More time for work summaries, progress reports, Report cards, etc. 
  • Less live hours, 
  • More flexible scheduling
  • Remove non-student days from list to exclude yearly meeting hours.
