My visions for our contract

Article 4

Increased employer contribution to Presidential salary on full release.

Article 8

Increased time between evaluations.

Article 10

Sick leave transferrable to/from other districts.
Grievance leave up to 5 days no restrictions on the why.
Time off for children's performances

Longer lunch
More time for work summaries, progress reports, Report cards, etc.
Less live hours,
More flexible scheduling
Remove non-student days from list to exclude yearly meeting hours.

15 March assignment notification deadline

Step increase when hired, not at the start of school year.
Higher stipends
Increase hourly rate
More years of service
Higher internet/phone reimbursement
